GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE:-

  1. All students from class Nursery to class VI must carry and maintain the school diary.
  2. Students must be punctual. Late comes will have to go back home unless the parents explain the reason for delay personally or send a prior note.
  3. No books, magazines or papers other than textbooks may be brought to the school without the permission of the principal. The textbook and exercise book must be always being covered with brown paper.
  4. Discipline must be maintained in the school premises.
  5. Leave application must be sent to the school. In case it is not convenient to send before leave is taken, the same must be produced when the student attends the school again. In case of sickness the medical certificate must be sent the following day.
  6. All students must remain in school premises during school hours. They are not allowed to roam around the school surrounding. No student will leave his/her class without permission of the teacher concerned.
  7. Student will have their lunch box in the break time only. Every student must carry a Tiffin box, one clean napkin and a handkerchief every day.
  8. Students who wish to celebrate their birthday can do so by distributing sweets.
  9. Students are not allowed to use the school telephone without the permission of concerned authority.
  10. Playing holi or bursting crackers within the school premises is prohibited. Defaulters will be strictly dealt with.
  11. Parents/Guardians will not directly visit their wards or teachers in the classrooms.
  12. Students using unfair means during tests and exams are liable to be expelled from the school.
  13. A student, whose attendance is less than 75% in an academic year, will not be permitted to appear in the final examination.
  14. The school reserves the right to dismiss a student whose conduct is unsuitable to the school. Immorality, grave insubordination, contempt of authority or wilful damage to property is always a sufficient reason for suspension or expulsion from the school.
  15. Any damage done to school property will be recovered in full from the concerned parents.
  16. All fees are payable in advance by the 15th day of the quarter to which the bill relates.
  17. One month notice, or tuition fees in lieu thereof, is to be given when a student is to be withdrawn.
  18. On withdrawal. A Transfer Certificate will not be issued till all school dues are settled.
  19. The promotion will be on the basis of assessment of assignments, class tests, term examination, class work and home work. Student absenting themselves from any test or examination will not be re-examined. In case of illness a doctor’s certificate will have to be produced.
  20. In case of any infectious diseases in your home, please report the act to the Principal at once and do not send the child to school till the danger of infection is over. The pupil will be allowed to resume school only after submitting a fitness certificate from the doctor.
  21. In order to secure best result, it is advisable for parents to maintain close contact with the school .We earnestly recommend that parents or guardians should look into their ward’s diary every day and see to it that lesson and homework assigned for the day are completed.
